LOS ANGELES, CA – The Armenian National Committee of America – Western Region (ANCA-WR) proudly announces the launch of its 2026 Summer Internship Program, welcoming seven exceptional students who will embark on a transformative journey in advocacy, education, and community leadership.
“The ANCA-WR Summer Internship is one of the most important investments we make in the future of our community,” said Oshin Harootoonian, Chairman of the ANCA-WR. “This year’s cohort reflects the strength, depth, and determination of Armenian-American youth – and we are proud to provide them a platform to sharpen their skills, deepen their connection to the Armenian Cause, and grow into the advocates and leaders our community needs.”
Rooted in the ANCA-WR’s guiding motto – Educate. Motivate. Activate. – the internship program equips young Armenian-Americans with the tools to become effective advocates within their communities and beyond. Through workshops, lectures, hands-on projects, field engagements, and community organizing, interns develop a comprehensive understanding of government affairs, public policy, media relations, and grassroots mobilization – all through an Armenian lens.
