Antranig Kzirian | Secretary

Antranig Kzirian , keeping his role position as secretary of the board of directors, is a long-time member of the ANCA-WR family. Antranig is a long-time Armenian-American community activist with extensive leadership experience in grassroots advocacy, voter education, and mobilization. He has been actively involved with the Armenian Youth Federation – Eastern Region since the age of 10 and later served as the chairperson of its Central Executive in 2005, playing a key role in incorporating the AYF as an official non-profit organization. Kzirian has also been an active member of the Armenian Church and the ANCA of Pennsylvania, contributing to various community initiatives. His dedication to the Armenian Cause led him to serve as the Executive Director of the Armenian National Committee of America – Western Region, where he helped advance the organization’s mission and strengthen Armenian-American advocacy efforts.

Kzirian holds a degree in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania and a law degree from Villanova university. He has worked in securities and litigation law and served as a judicial extern for the honorable Dickran Tevrizian at the U.S. District Court. As a research fellow with the Armenian International Policy Research Group, he has published work on Dual Citizenship in the Armenian Journal of Public Policy and has lectured on international law, free speech, and denial speech at UCLA and in Yerevan, Armenia. In his capacity as Secretary of the ANCA-WR Board of Directors, Kzirian continues his commitment to advancing Armenian-American advocacy and strengthening the Armenian Cause.
